Bot for dexes - Can someone look into this to see if it works legitimately?

I'm browsing Alex Becker's Twitter ZssBecker (he was telling a great story of success with the game "Quake II" so I have him subscribed on YouTube). Overall, topics of success and marketing, and the guy has had a lot of success and is funny.

And I'm browsing his Twitter and the comments, and there's this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3guBPK3PAE&lc=Ugzl_x-M1gqoagUS9Zp4AaABAg

6 minutes. Watched it, didn't fully understand it. Can anyone explain to me what's the catch and if there is one? This bot supposedly hunts down how people set 10% slippage and exploits it for arbitrage. Making around 0.17 ETH on a few transactions would be cool. Can anyone look into this? At least watch the video, and the code is also open source, not too long, maybe someone can look into it?

Did a blind hen find a grain or is there some trickery here?
