Immunity. What to do to make it strong? What to consume, what to take, what to supplement with?

I have just written an article/post on the topic of immunity in my group "Train with your head". This is a paid group, where I as a personal trainer will share my knowledge and 12 years of coaching experience with my subscribers. I plan to add posts about training (body shaping, health, women's training, children, pregnant women), nutrition, supplementation, etc. I also want to ask you, users of CC Found, what kind of content from a coach would you like to read in a group for which you would be willing to pay? What experiences and coaching knowledge would interest you the most? My ideas: - training plans for specific goals - how to take care of the fitness of your child
