How to treat a headache without medication?

Headache is often caused by poor hydration. That always works for me 🙂 and if it's something more migrainous, it's anger and what's underneath it.

One can try several natural methods: Apply a compress on the temples or forehead with cold water or a warm towel Rest in a quiet, dark room Try a head or neck massage Change your diet to a healthier and more balanced one Make sure you are not dehydrated Remember that every body reacts differently, so it is worth experimenting with different methods to find the best way to relieve headache pain.

If the cause is a viral infection, end the infection. A large dose of ascorbic acid interrupts seasonal infections. An even stronger option if someone has it on hand is chlorine dioxide dissolved in water, a la Jim Humble or Andreas Kalcker.
