Why did the ability to ask paid questions on ccFound disappear?

Does anyone know? These paid questions and paid answers have always seemed to me like a very important part of this service. They distinguish it from all others and are the realization of the vision of making money from knowledge even for those users who have a lot of knowledge in their field but may not necessarily want to create and sell courses on this topic. Is this temporary? Will paid questions/answers return to the service?
