As for the volume, this parameter should be taken into account in the context of living in a block of flats. Neighbors may be dissatisfied when they hear the device working.

The parameter in the form of cable length may seem unimportant to you, but it is very important. When buying devices with a short cable, you will have to constantly switch between sockets. This is troublesome with a larger apartment or house. In my opinion, it is best to buy a vacuum cleaner with a 10-meter cable.

Also pay attention to the accessories that the manufacturer includes in the kit. The dealer can overshadow the low quality of the product with a whole lot of extras attached to the device. Don't let that fool you. You buy a vacuum cleaner for years and it is often better to buy a poorly equipped but good quality model. You can always buy accessories over time.
