What non-EU European countries/islands do you recommend for living with children?
My wife and I are wondering where we could move for a year or maybe longer and live where it is warmer than in Poland. We have 2 children in kindergarten and 3rd grade so it would be good if the education was at a decent level. We were thinking about some countries outside the EU, so there are no stupid regulations etc., and where the cost of living would be comparable or lower than in Warsaw. Can you recommend any countries or maybe islands within a 3-hour flight or ideally accessible by car? Countries within the EU are also an option as a last resort.
