Teas and herbs

Organic teas and herbs, as long as they have been prepared without thermal processing, high-temperature drying, or methods such as fermentation, can be good for supplementing mineral values and certain vitamins. They are, however, dead products and if further processed by preparing an infusion, they lose additional nutritional values - they do little good. In Natural Nutrition, pioneering the use of their valuable properties as additions to salads, smoothies, and other raw dishes is suggested - in their original form, that is, without steeping.
