Is cleansing the body a trend or a necessity?
We hear and read a lot about it, that just like we change filters in the car, we should take care of our filters in the body. There are different methods - cheap and expensive, time-consuming and quick ones.
I decided to test it on myself and I felt very positive effects on my well-being, which made me delve into the topic from a scientific perspective and now I'm obsessed with it. What are your opinions?
It turns out that by detoxifying the body - as a whole or individual organs (liver, skin, kidneys, veins, etc.) - we can greatly improve its functioning, and even give ourselves a chance for a new life.
The field of science called Parasitology long ago noticed that all so-called diseases are a consequence of the contamination of the body by parasites, which can be of different types and severity.
Often, the body is polluted with toxins, heavy metals, or fungi.
That's why there are different methods of cleansing for different conditions, because they have different effects.
I have encountered opinions that it doesn't work.
In my opinion, the person saying that simply didn't cleanse their body or didn't do it fully - and it's well known that if you do something at only a few or a fraction of the effort, you cannot expect a 100% result.
Personally, I promote cleansing the body - both in its entirety and partially. Of course, it's important to do it wisely, especially for the first time under the supervision of an experienced person in this field and to use only recommended preparations.
