Recipe for homemade pizza.
Hello to all pizza lovers 😁🔥.
As I am a professional cook and I also worked in a pizzeria with a native Italian, I highly recommend the recipe for pizza dough. Enjoy 😊.
Ingredients for about 3 trays in a home oven (depending on the thickness of the dough):
- 1 cup, 250ml hot water
- 1/2 cup carbonated water
- ½ cube lard
- ½ cube yeast
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 kg wheat flour type 650
- 3 teaspoons (not tablespoons) sugar
Now, the sequence of actions 😁
- We heat up the water, after boiling, we pour it into a large bowl, then add the lard and mix until it dissolves in water.
- In a separate cup, we put the yeast and add sugar, mix until the cultured bacteria (yeast 🤪) are in liquid form.
- Then pour the contents of the cup into the bowl with water and lard.
- Next, pour in the carbonated water (preferably pour it into the cup after the yeast).
- In this step, add salt, olive oil or vegetable oil to the bowl, and for now, add enough flour to create a half-liquid dough, and set it aside in a warm place for half an hour to rise - covering it with a clean cloth.
- In the meantime, prepare your favorite toppings for the top of our pizza 😊.
- Important! The order of placing the ingredients is quite important. Remember, first: 1 - sauce (tomato or if someone likes cream - I recommend the latter), 2 - cheese, preferably mozzarella in brine, (remember to drain the water first), 3 - any kind of meat, 4 - vegetables and all other additions 😉.
Now we go back to our dough. After it has risen, add enough flour so that the dough does not stick but is not as hard as a sole. When adding flour, it is best to do it gradually, and at this point, a little tip 😁. If you are afraid of ruining the whole dough, divide it into two or four parts beforehand and then try with the amount of flour 💪.
The temperature in home ovens is usually a maximum of 250°C, and we set it to this temperature while keeping the pizza inside for about 10 minutes, of course, checking from time to time to see if it is not burning 😉 but not too often because the temperature will drop - it must be golden brown on the bottom (unless you have an oven at home with a maximum temperature of 350°C, then go ahead).
