"3 najbardziej wartościowe książki o motywacji" translates to English as "3 most valuable books about motivation."

I have chosen and recommend these positions, not only because they are bestsellers, but because after reading and implementing their "content," I completely changed my approach to motivation.

👉Before, I believed in one of the biggest principles that says "if you have motivation, you will take action." Jeff Hayden, in his bestselling book "The Motivation Myth - You don't even know how much you can achieve," discusses this theory.

👉Surely, at some point, you wanted to motivate yourself and looked for a way to make that state of "eagerness" or simply the desire to last all the time. The truth, however, is that constant search for motivation always ends in failure because even if you have it for some time, sooner or later it will vanish like camphor. Even the discovery of passion does not help with this phenomenon. Passion certainly inspires, but not permanently, not to mention that some activities associated with it may be less fascinating. The author proposes a change of thinking and gives up the quest for the Holy Grail. Instead, he suggests moving forward by finding the smallest reason leading to action. Because true motivation is the result of achievements, not the cause. I won't reveal everything, but I can only say that this book is a real game-changer when it comes to motivation.

👉The second position, "Drive - The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us" by Daniel H. Pink, also strongly changes the perspective on this topic. First of all, it questions its most well-known scheme, i.e., "carrot and stick" often referred to as reward and punishment. D.H. Pink proposes three new elements of motivation: autonomy, mastery, and purpose. While we have long known about the connection between purpose and motivation, the first two are interesting and can be useful in the workplace. I especially encourage managers to start implementing them in their teams because the benefits are guaranteed. The book also contains many examples for both individual motivation and workplace environments such as offices or companies.

👉The third position, "Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins, is a very convincing story of metamorphosis from "zero to hero." The author, using his own example, shows how much we can change, despite a difficult childhood of poverty, discrimination, and physical abuse. As an icon of the American armed forces (Navy Seals) and one of the world's best endurance athletes, he shows how to find strength within oneself, accept pain and fear, and reprogram the mind to achieve goals and become a better person.

👉The book will definitely inspire you to take action, and additionally, it contains many mental techniques that you can use to achieve high business and personal goals. I also recommend watching Goggins on YouTube to immerse yourself in his energy.

👉That's all about books. If you know other interesting books on motivation that have strongly influenced you, let me know in the comments.

👉If you want to delve into the topic of long-term motivation, especially, I invite you to my author's course "21-Day Challenge. Master of Motivation."
