Carnivore diet - what is it?
Carnivore diet, also known as a meat-eater's or predator's diet. After my experiences and several months of following a ketogenic diet with excellent results in improving my health and losing 20 kg, I came across someone who follows a more restrictive diet, the carnivore diet. When on this diet, we completely exclude plant products. This includes all plant-based beverages such as tea, coffee, herbs, beer, and wine. We only drink water and meat broths, which are cooked with vegetables and plant-based seasonings, even without pepper. Only salt is allowed. We eat meat and meat products, but without the addition of flour and sugar. We simply consume traditional meats, fish, eggs, and animal fats such as pork lard, beef tallow, and butter. At least once a week, we eat offal, with a focus on liver and kidneys. From dairy products, we consume cheeses, sour milk, buttermilk, and kefir. We absolutely do not consume sweet milk. This diet is not popular and does not yet have many followers, but those who are convinced of its benefits adopt it as a lifestyle. It is a path to heal from the most serious diseases, including cancer and all autoimmune diseases. For anyone interested in this diet, I recommend "Tłusta Agata" on YouTube. I encourage you and send my regards.
