You can eat pizza (and basically whatever you want) and still lose weight.
It is enough to follow this one rule. This rule is to eat less than your body needs to maintain current weight (or be in a calorie deficit). And then even if you do what I do - eat pizza for dinner (1000 calories at once) and fit into your planned intake, everything will be OK. How many times have you heard that someone eats little and doesn't lose weight? What does little mean? Little in quantity? Little doesn't have to mean little in calories. Most often, these people just COUNT CALORIES WRONG or their own needs. What is my trick and the easiest way? Install "fitatu". The app will ask you for your current data like height, weight, etc. You will enter your weight goal. You will receive calculations on how many calories to eat to lose weight. Eat that amount for the next few weeks and see if your weight drops. Just check it and stick to the calories!
