Uniswap false application have been noticed on Google Play users, and some people already lose thousands of dollars. The fake Uniswap app has been available for download on the Google Play Store for a long time. One user lost $ 20,000 on an app that apparently asks for private keys. The Google Play store has over a hundred fake reviews that give this app 4.5 stars. It was downloaded over a hundred times already. The app was uploaded via a fake developer email account called [email protected]. By attempting to report a suspicious app and mark it as inappropriate, Google redirects users to a rabbit maze of pages that do no job of warning the company about suspicious apps in their app store.
