Why do you need training?

Today such simple but very important thoughts due to recent conversations with customers.

What are you training for?

Instead of writing an article and being "smart", I'll write below a list of things I've heard recently from my clients.

What are you training for?

- Since I came to you, my back doesn't hurt - SO THAT YOUR BACK WILL STOP.

- I feel like I have much better performance now. I can go up the stairs or run to the bus without being out of breath - TO STAY BETTER.

- I can play with my baby longer without being out of breath or in pain - AS BOTH POINTS ABOVE + BONUS TO PARENTING.

- I now have more strength, muscle mass, I just look better - TO ENJOY MYSELF (AND OTHERS)

- My circulation has improved, [also in those areas you are thinking about] - TO HAVE A MORE EFFICIENT BLOOD SYSTEM WHICH ALSO TRANSLATES TO THE BEDROOM.

- I have better blood test results, lower sugar, lower cholesterol etc. - TO BE HEALTHIER.

You come with different problems and expectations, but as it turns out, there is a fairly universal solution for this - skilful training. It affects various areas of your life.
