For those who attended New York on October 18 – a group of policy makers, business leaders and health officials that matter – Event 201 was an opportunity to see just how much catch-up work is needed to strengthen our disaster response systems.
As reported by Jordan Schachtel, the organizers brought together influential "public health experts" along with top government officials from around the world and made sure to have plenty of older media on hand.
The flashy simulation video package was put together by Interface Media Group, who have worked on projects for the likes of CNN, PBS and HBO, featuring a series of segments from the fictional network GNN, complete with talking heads discussing the catastrophic pandemic.
First of all, Event 201 was organized by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum.
In the simulation, the coronavirus pandemic killed 65 million people, making it the deadliest pandemic in history, even worse than the so-called Spanish flu of 1918.

Of these fifteen, 13 worked at senior levels in private organizations or government agencies that witnessed exponential financial gains or massive absorptions of political power almost immediately.

By controlling and funding critical “public health” networks across the United States, the Gates network quickly monopolized America’s Covid-19 response.

The Dossier has obtained an audio recording of the first announcement of Event 201, a wargame simulation sponsored by the Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum that took place in October 2019, in which a fictional coronavirus passed from animals to humans, which organizers of a "similar pandemic in future".
The ad used to be online but was pulled for unknown reasons.
The dossier revealed an audio clip that confirms that the 201 event plan has been drawn up for WEF Davos 2019.
On January 23, 2019, Tom Inglesby, director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, announced the 201 event plan, in partnership with the Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum.
His organization later hosted the event in New York a few weeks before the pandemic broke out.
For his part, Inglesby later became a senior adviser to the Biden White House.
He posted the announcement on Twitter after making his comments.
