What distinguishes a coach from someone who does not train/exercise regularly?

Contrary to appearances, more unites us than divides us…What unites us? Not every coach's training is super fantastic. I don't always feel like exercising. Sometimes I eat too much. Sometimes I eat too little. Sometimes I'm sleep deprived and don't have as much energy as I would like. Sometimes household duties and family life take precedence and I have to focus on them more than on training. And what sets us apart?I've been training consistently for years (sometimes with breaks for holidays and vacations).Whether I'm doing better or worse, I almost always do the planned workout.Whether I'm in better shape or not - I'll do my best. It doesn't have to be perfect.I know it's better to do something small rather than nothing, because it's always a step forward.Conclusion? Only ONE.Being fit is not a skill, but rather a consequence of our choices and actions (and that in a longer time perspective).End of preaching. Exercise today :D!
