"It is best to start exercising after 30..."
The best time to start exercising is after the age of 30.
Then a person sees that despite being older, they are in better shape than when they were 20 years old."
Poor shape is not only about "worse" appearance.
It also includes, among other things:
- less strength
- weaker endurance
- less power/explosiveness
- poorer condition
- less range of motion in joints
- lower FITNESS
You may ask - how can a 20-year-old be weaker in these things than someone who is 30/40 or even 50+?
The explanation is SIMPLE: a 30-40-50 year old who trains already has so much training experience, so many hours spent working on their body, that they outperform the "youngster."
I see this clearly in myself and in my students, who can easily outperform many younger athletes.
There is ONE condition...
YOU HAVE TO TRAIN.
If you do it consistently (and well) for a few years, you will be a different person.
In a few years, you will look back and thank yourself for starting to train.
How long have you been training?
Do you regret starting to exercise?
