šŸ’”There is something interesting to watch on Netflix for people who train! "Physical 100" or "Starcie Stu". Now it's already the 2nd season. This reality show should be important for all athletes. Why? šŸ”„It shows the differences between physicality and the abilities of male and female athletes from different sports disciplines. Sometimes seemingly simple tasks can expose weaknesses that come from a lack of comprehensive training. What should a true athlete have? āœ”ļø STRENGTH āœ”ļø ENDURANCE āœ”ļø SPEED āœ”ļø SKILL āœ”ļø COORDINATION āœ”ļø RESILIENCE It's best to train comprehensively (if you care about being super fit like a bull, deer, or cat šŸ˜). This is the key to great results, as well as to health! I try to train in a way that I have these various motor skills at a high level. Which I think I do quite well and I can't complain about my strength, speed, fitness, etc. Ps: My wife wants to test me ā€“ whether I can do a workout by Chodakowska, because she thinks that since I don't train like that, I may have a problemā€¦ I know my abilities and I know I can do it without any problem.
