The Great Reset is the death of liberalism
Globalism is a set of ideas accompanying the phenomenon of economic, civilizational, and informational globalization, transforming the world of different nations and states into a so-called global village. Some speak in this context of the "globalist agenda," others of a "doctrine," and still others do not hesitate to use the term "ideology." Is it an ideology? Ideology is characterized by holism (wholeness). Ideology describes, discusses, and projects the whole of human life, starting from economics and politics, and ending with matters of faith and morality. Therefore, it consists of many doctrines describing economics, politics, law, morality, the meaning of human life, etc. We say that ideology is holistic because it has a doctrine concerning every issue. And in my opinion, globalism is increasingly starting to take on the shape of an ideology, alongside traditional ideologies such as liberalism, Marxism, or fascism. When Klaus Schwab announced the Great Reset, he announced the death of liberalism. Although behind the project of the World Economic Forum are billionaires who multiplied their fortunes thanks to the era of economic neoliberalism, they now want to extinguish freedom to consolidate their power by extinguishing economic, political, and ideological competition. The essence of the Great Reset is the death of liberalism. The first sign is increasing control over information and restrictions of our freedom - control through the collection and processing of information, limiting access to information (EU-state censorship, corporate censorship on FB or YT); counting carbon footprint, creating clean transport zones, 15-minute cities, abolition of cash, etc. The aim is to extinguish the guarantees that brought civil rights to citizens. None of these rules will apply to the elites who fly to Davos on private planes. Traditional civil rights are to be limited to the elites, while ordinary people are to be "tied to the land" (feudal adscriptio glebae). The Great Reset is the end of the philosophical foundation of liberalism, which assigned rationality, the ability to use reason, to people. We saw this with COVID, and we are currently seeing it with media manipulation related to the war in Ukraine and the fight against so-called global warming. The essence of the Great Reset was the experiment of managing large human masses by instilling fear and extreme herd emotions through the media. Anyone who had (has) a different opinion is proclaimed an enemy of humanity, a murderer, a "denier," a "climate denialist," etc. The ideologists of globalism have declared the death of reason and rationalism in favor of emotions and herd instincts. Along with the death of reason, the liberal idea of progress also falls. The Davos ideologists - Schwab, Yuval Noah Harari, and Bill Gates - announce that the time of reason and abundance is over. An era of fear of viruses, CO2, Putin, populism, "extreme right," etc., is coming. They herald an era of radical scarcity, lack of everything, wars, and sudden death. When I read Schwab, Harari, and Gates, I am reminded of Thomas Hobbes's statement that "human life is solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short." Of course, it refers to the life of ordinary people, not billionaires from Davos. The ideology of globalism proclaims many ideas that contradict classical liberalism: 1/ superiority of international corporations over the state, traditionally setting the rules of the market game, as a result of which, in Marx's words, the state becomes a "tool of class domination" by corporations over small and medium business; 2/ weakening and actual abolition of nation-states in favor of large political-economic spaces where there can be no citizen control over the state, as there is no "sovereign nation" in the EU or transnational; 3/ the end of the era of free entrepreneurship and free enrichment outside the corporate world; 4/ abolition of individualism and basic freedoms by assigning most citizens to 15-minute cities; 5/ end of freedom of speech through state-corporate censorship; 6/ denial of the liberal dogma of equality of all citizens under the law due to the transhumanist revolution, which will give intellectual advantage and life expectancy to the billionaire class (Harari). The distinguishing feature of ideologies from doctrines is that by creating a holistic worldview system, they do not avoid innovations in the moral field, entering into a fierce debate with traditional religions. Our own moral ideas, new labeling of concepts of truth and falsehood, as well as good and evil, are a true litmus test by which we recognize ideologies. And globalism colors this litmus paper for us, replacing traditional morality with a wide bench of genderism and the demands of LGBT activists, omnipresent relativism towards traditional principles. The lack of procreation is promoted ("because of climate change"), etc. Part of the ideology of globalism has become the philosophy of postmodernism, proclaiming the official "lack of truth" and the "end of grand narratives" (read: religions and earlier ideologies). At the same time, globalism itself is a new "grand narrative," introduced through media censorship, control of email, news via "privs," penalization of "hate speech," etc. In this situation, national sovereignty, democracy, and free elections become a fiction. The new ideology is intolerant and loudly announces that the time of persecution of "heretics" is beginning. It is hard to ignore that globalism is becoming an increasingly strong alternative to strictly religious monotheistic religions. Climate change slogans are nothing more than poorly disguised pantheism, or religious monism. All known monisms and pantheisms also proclaimed a global immobility characterized by a lack of freedom, free will, universal control reminiscent of a panopticon, etc. Now pantheism will be realized through absolute power over our data, movements, thoughts, etc. Pantheism directly leads to totalitarianism.
