May weekend with nature

A beautiful May weekend is behind us and it's time to return to regular tasks. Even though I used this time to recharge my batteries, I combined pleasure with usefulness by choosing a way to relax close to nature. I went with a camping trailer to a beautiful place amidst forests and lakes. Besides admiring the beautiful views, I took advantage of the benefits of the forest and searched for herbs and various other edible or medicinal plants to mark their location in the "Eden" app (I recommend checking it out :)). I also managed to meet some interesting people and talk about topics related, among other things, to a healthy lifestyle, using the sun, wind, and water for electricity production, and many other interesting matters.

When it comes to using the sun, at the campground where I stayed, the owner built a system for heating domestic water from old metal plate radiators. This is an example of what I want to talk about on my profile. Inexpensive methods for saving or producing energy. During bike rides, I also noticed some interesting solutions for using wind and water. In many plots located by the water or in the forest away from the power grid, you can see the creative work of people who want to comfortably spend their time using what Mother Nature has given us.

Was your May long weekend equally inspiring? Did you find any interesting ways to cool off during these sunny, hot days?
