Hi. I think mobile wallets are as secure as your phone. I wouldn't trust them so 100%, although I have such a wallet on my phone, I don't keep all my funds there. When creating a wallet, we are not sure whether the keywords are not saved somewhere inside the application or in the phone's memory. Hackers can access your phone and then access your wallet. However, hardware wallets are much more secure because they remain offline.

I sometimes keep some pennies on a mobile wallet, but only because it is a handy solution. When it comes to security, I recommend a hardware wallet, e.g. a ledger or trezor, or a paper wallet. Hardware wallets have the advantage that they do not deal with any malware, which makes our private keys much more secure than mobile wallets that can be infected by a virus and our data stolen.

Mobile wallets are generally more secure than windows or osx wallets, but you must be careful with the following rules-

Download your wallet via apple app store or play store and make sure you get the official version

Don't download a lot of cryptocurrency apps and be careful to avoid sideloading some android apps

If you have 1k dollars in your account, consider buying a hardware wallet, e.g. trezor, ledger or safepal.

Make sure you write down the 12/24 word seed phrase and keep it in a safe place.
