I wholeheartedly recommend Krzysztof and Gabrysia - what they do comes straight from the heart and they have a lot of experience, their knowledge helped me a lot, they taught me a lot and inspired me. For me, the topic of herbal extracts is very interesting and important, because they work definitely better than traditional herbal treatments, e.g. in the form of infusions - where a certain time of use must pass to notice measurable long-term effects. There is also a difference in the concentration of the active substance itself, infusions and their effects are milder. I was looking for extracts in powdered form for a long time, because I didn't like those based on alcohol. I highly recommend kanna - it worked for me, definitely in terms of improving concentration - it works better than caffeine and does not cause unpleasant effects. It also has pain-relieving properties, so it's a good alternative to chemical pills :)
