Knowledge of the role of hormones such as insulin and leptin in body weight regulation, - adjust diet and exercise to your own individual needs - create your individual weight loss plan tailored to your needs, lifestyle, dietary preferences, and health condition, - increase your motivation and consistency in action - better deal with obstacles and difficulties that may arise. Awareness that you are taking the right steps, - prevent health problems - avoid nutritional deficiencies and health problems associated with improper diet.   Proper nutrition - this is the foundation, in my opinion, everything else is an addition to the weight loss process. You must always take care of proper nutrition above all. You will not be able to eliminate bad nutrition with physical activity. If you want to have a slim figure, you must take care of what and how much you eat. It must be primarily: - consuming a variety of foods, rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grain products, lean proteins, and healthy fats, - avoiding processed foods, excess sugars, and saturated fats, - maintaining the appropriate calorie level tailored to individual needs and physical activity.   Physical activity - you can lose weight without physical activity with proper nutrition. However, being physically active makes it much easier to maintain a slim and healthy figure all the time. Thanks to physical activity, you also have many more opportunities when choosing the right nutrition. You can then afford to consume more calories without worrying about gaining weight. A sporty figure also looks much better. Being consistent - also a very important factor despite being in fourth place. Your success in weight loss will ultimately depend on it. Short bursts of healthier eating or physical activity alone will not ensure a slim figure for life. You must change your eating habits and introduce physical activity so that they become a constant part of your healthier lifestyle. Only such an approach guarantees permanent results. You may have weaker periods in your life, everyone does. However, it is important to always return as quickly as possible to those correct, healthy habits.
