Comparisons can be made in three categories:

• someone has less, I have more
• someone has more, I have less
• someone has the same amount/little as me

I am a proponent of yet another division:

• what I had 1 year ago, what I have now
• what I had 1 month ago, what I have now (of course, the time criteria are only examples)

And as a summary: what can I do now and in the future to have more? (if it is necessary or essential for us according to ourselves)

It could be like that, but will it be? A difficult question. Someone has big houses, lots of cars and doesn't know what to do with money, while somewhere on the other side of the world children have nothing to eat. I can't understand it.

Such is life. There will always be someone who has more than others and someone who has less. However, it is important to enjoy what we have and be grateful for what we already possess.
