I would also like to translate my most important advice from a certain forum into other languages here. Unfortunately, since we started the groups, I suddenly have a lot of work in an area that is not visible from the internet perspective, such as recruiting three new leaders, establishing a new team, and giving it a certain direction, momentum, and organizational culture (new people need to be gently guided, they won't guide themselves - or they will go in the wrong direction). This hobby comes back to me in waves, I have calmer periods in my business when I can write about music, and periods when I have to put my hobby on the back burner.
