In my opinion, the cheapest use of IPFS with Brave is the ability to host simple websites on Unstoppabledomains (UD). Brave supports resolving UD names for specific files on ipfs. Thanks to this, you can host a "business card" page associated with your own UD name without the need to purchase a dedicated hosting. Of course, Brave also allows you to open files directly after giving a full link.
