I have some suggestions on how to improve the portal and thus create a better space for group development and promotion of courses/products.I don't quite understand why the question-asking function and the creation of the so-called knowledge base were moved to the archive - I believe this functionality was very good because there are no similar question bases on the Internet, and even the winning chat GPT in many industries doesn't know everything and cannot replace contact with a live person, a relationship with an expert.In my opinion, we should return to this and keep this functionality in addition to the new possibility of creating groups and selling or distributing their digital products. And expand with new functionalities.I also have the impression that the group search function is still not intuitive enough. It works worse than, for example, on Facebook. Previously, with the Q&A format, the portal was very clear, and now it is very easy to get lost in it. I also miss the tab that used to be about the entire CCFound project, where the creators, mission, and vision would be described, where the latest information - news and project team would be posted, and for example, a FAQ section (which is especially useful for new users). Also, from what I see, we should return to managing Social Media, at least Facebook.It is definitely more about quality than quantity when it comes to attracting people selling their products, because I see that there is a huge number of webinars or courses on the market where there is basically not much useful knowledge and most is advertising other products and so-called fluff (especially with free courses). Similarly, nowadays not everyone has time to watch video courses and long podcasts; people generally prefer, for example, PDFs or short and sensible episodes with practical advice - how to translate theory into practice. Such a long video or audio course, even if purchased, often ends up in some forgotten folder on the computer and is not useful, which also harms the creator - because such a client will not recommend them to others, and so-called word of mouth is very effective.Initially, all of this, i.e., the Portal looked very good in every aspect and had, in my opinion, huge prospects, which is why I invested as an Investor and I would like the portal to grow stronger. I would like it to be a practical, useful, and valuable place on the Internet, especially in the era of a strong competitor like artificial intelligence.I would also be happy to talk about other observations, ideas, and my experiences in creating brand identity (which I do professionally) privately :)
