In Beijing, 140 government applications use blockchain
According to information published by local media, on July 15, the government in Beijing will present today its first plan to use blockchain in government services in China.
According to this plan, already 140 government applications are running on blockchain. These applications are divided into three categories: "data sharing and exchange", "business collaboration" and "electronic certificate and certificate storage".
"Blockchain represents a breakthrough in data sharing that is difficult to achieve with traditional [...] ways," electronic certificate storage "means that the electronic certificate is held in a chain and [...] increases the reliability and efficiency of verification."
