Yes, but no.

A full-time employee sells their time, so it's normal that they want to leave their work concerns at the workplace. However, I am not entitled to 'everything'.
Entrepreneurs don't really deserve anything, but if they need employees (especially full-time) to do what they do, it is their job to find such people and guide them in such a way that they do as much as possible for them.

When choosing a specific professional role, you simultaneously lose something important and gain something important.
A good employer strives for perfection in teamwork, or loses the human aspect of their business.

From my knowledge - I would expand this division (not two but four categories):

• Employee
• Self-employed (+ small own business activity)
• Owner of a (large) business
• Investor - the money for life comes from capital gains from their own assets
